Olestra (also known by its brand name Olean) is a fat substitute that adds no fat, calories or cholesterol to products. It was created by Procter & Gamble in 1968.
And causes anal leakage, but you didn’t know that. Just remember it if you choose to eat fat free Pringles (Look for the word “Olean” in the fine print).
